Arpeggio is a drop keel Anderson 22 that we have owned and sailed for the last 4 years . The boat is in good condition and is only for sale due to a bigger boat . She is presently on a lifting frame in our yard . The lifting frame allows access to lower the keel and also to lower her onto the road trailer. There is an 8hp ( strong currents in the Conwy ) Yamaha 8c 2 cyl outboard . The out board has had most of the areas that see sea water replaced including the engine block and it starts and runs well .
