Accommodation

From the stern you enter the bedroom via steps where you find a fixed double bed with memory foam mattress, large under bed
storage, wardrobe with hanging rail and shelves. Two reading light above the bed with a shelf. From the bedroom to the bathroom in the hallway there a further two wardrobes one with hanging space and the other with shelves, doors to these wardrobes can close across the hallway providing privacy for the bedroom from the rest of the boat.

Three piece bathroom in white, shower using a Johnstone emptying pump, pump out toilet which can also be used with a Thetford
cassette, sink with large cupboard under, shelved airing cupboard above immersion heater. Bulkhead around the shower bonded with Muraspec covering.

Through to the dining area a slightly raised large four seater dinette with cushions that converts to a double bed with storage under each bench.

A galley style kitchen that has a range of base and wall units, four burner gas hob with oven and grill, large stainless steel sink with tall mixer tap, Logik fridge with freezer compartment and a wine rack above. Logik 20 litre combination microwave.

Large Living area with sofa bed that provides a further two berths, shelving that runs the full length of the lounge, large corner cabinet, multi fuel stove (with a new chimney 2017) storage box / step leads to the front cratch.

The front has fixed seating with storage under and new cushions,
access to the gas locker housing two 13kg gas bottles. The front has a fixed frame with cover and the rear has a cover and frame.

Throughout This Little Piggy is bright and airy with white painted walls and pale grey wood effect vinyl flooring. White roller blinds throughout with a magnetic system to hold them in place when unrolled. LED lighting throughout the boat with lights in the ceiling and on the living area walls.
