This 1958 Classic ketch was designed by the well known naval architect Baron Willhelm von Hoevell and built to a high specification by the Dutch shipyard Nicolass Witsen and Vis Alkmaar. Hull, topsides and deck are built with steel. Cockpit/cabin finished with Java teak and American mahogany. Masts and booms are Alaskan Sitka Spruce (replaced 2002).
