Accommodation
Access to the boat is via the bathing platform which can be boarded from either side with a transom door to starboard, a split-level cockpit provides ample seating with a double helm seat. There is a wet bar area with a new beer/wine fridge (fitted 2024) with storage lockers. A table can be positioned in both the lower and upper cockpit area. There is a Stern Deck Fresh Water Hot & Cold Shower which is ideal after a dip in the lake/sea.
A new bespoke navy canopy was fitted in the cockpit in 2023.
The cockpit has a large sliding glass door, with steps leading down to the saloon.

The galley has a Origo 3000 alcohol 2 ring hob, Microwave, fridge with small freezer, wine rack and a good range of storage cupboards and drawers.

Forward of the galley is a seating area with two movable seats. Cupboard doors provide access to a flat screen TV and a new JVC bluetooth Stereo and speakers (fitted 2025), and above this are two control panels, one for the 220-240V and the other for 12V system.

The saloon dinette features a folding leaf table which seats 5 adults around the L-shaped seating, plus two more on the moveable seats. The L-shaped seating easily converts to a large double.

A sliding door leads to the forward cabin with a large double berth with 4 drawers beneath and a storage locker overhead, single wardrobe, full length mirror and access door to the ensuite equipped with a toilet and wash basin. There is also a doorway leading to the saloon.

The aft cabin is stepped down from the saloon and sleeps up to 3 adults/4 children. This is arranged with twin berths, that can be converted into a king size berth and a single berth on the port side. There is good storage throughout and access to its own ensuite equipped with a toilet, wash basin and shower.

She boasts a new Autotherm marine 12V heater with comfort controller (fitted 2025).

A marine survey was carried out in May 2022 & all 3 recommendations were carried out. She spent the past 3 winters out of the water, and each Spring she was fully serviced and re-anti fouled before re-entering the water. (All invoices available).

Construction

The hull is a GRP laminate of DCPD polyester, chopped strand glass mat and woven roving with additional thickness to chines and keel. A new gelcoat was applied in 2023. The hull was anti-fouled in Spring 2025.
