Forward---Douple bert offset to starboard. Seating area and wardrobes to port. Blind on Forehatch and curtains on windows. All upholstery, materials and varninhwork in great condition.

Going aft, 2nd Double cabin on Port side with Wardrobes. On starboard is WC inc electric toilet and Sink/shower.

Then back to main saloon, with U shaped seating around opening table. Table can lower and form base for a third Double berth. Infill cushion included. Forward part of U seating can fold forward to become a double pilot seat. To starboard is Helm area and behind Large Fridge, Sink and Cooker.

Out Sliding doors and into cockpit with smart seating, folding table and extra individual folding chair that stores in Lazerette.

Aft of that is Bathing platform with retractable ladder and hot and cold Pressurised water hose for bathers/washdown.

Lazerette under cockpit floor is very large and can easily take Liferaft, extra diesel cans, cockpit covers and stainless lightweight support for covers..

3 x new Service batteries--100 AH each.
Sidepower Bow Thruster
Anchor , Anchor windless with 40 metres chain and rope controlled from Helm or on bow.
