Accommodation for 5 persons, fore & aft cabins, comfortable saloon, galley and heads. Seating in the lower saloon next to the galley – warm air heating in the aft cabin and in the saloon with temperature control for comfortable live abroad with lighting throughout. Mains AC power outlets in the saloon and forward cabin. Emersion water heater and cooler/fridge under the saloon seating. Hot water is also provided from engine heating. Solar panels provide backup battery charging.
Masthead rigged ketch with long keel and skeg mounted rudder. Single inboard engine with shaft drive. Accommodation for 5 persons, Fore & aft cabins, saloon, galley and heads. Standing rigging replaced, engine has been fully serviced, survey recommendations carried out including new sacrificial anodes fitted to the propellor shaft and the bow thruster propellors cutlass bearing checked.
-low voltage circuit was provided by 3 x 12vdc, (2 x 110Ah domestic and 1 x engine) sealed lead acid batteries, ventilated and secured.
-batteries are charged from the engine alternator, solar panels and battery charger with battery isolator switches at the helm station and the bow thruster isolator switch in the fore cabin.
-there is a 230vac shore power installation on board. The incoming socket is mounted on the port side deck complete with a galvanic isolator and trip switch mounted under the helm station.
-the water heater and battery charger are fully functional, warm air system type Webasto Air Top3500D, heads compartment with manual pump out.
-electric bilge pumps located in the engine compartment in the saloon bilge with a manual pump under the wheelhouse settee.

The vessel is a masthead rigged ketch. The masts are deck stepped. All masts and rigging were visually inspected last year as the standing rigged had been previously replaced. Fore sail is mounted on furling gear on the fore stay - Hythe Sail. Lazy jacks on the main and mizzen.
The main mast is supported by - Mast step of cast aluminium, to the coachroof and is further supported by the main bulkhead.
Fore stay chainplate of s/s was bolted to the stem head. Shroud chainplates of s/s bolted to the bulwark. Backstay chainplates are bolted through the coachroof.
The mizzen mast is supported by - Mast step of cast aluminium fixed to the aft coachroof. Forward stays chainplates are bolted through the pilothouse roof with backstay chainplates bolted through the aft bulwark.
The main mast and mizzen mast are manufactured of extruded anodised aluminium section, by Kemp. The standing rigging was replaced in 07/2023.
