The Cape Henry 21' is a very capable and versatile raised deck gaff cutter. She's also a very good looking boat. The raised deck configuration creates lots of space below and the cutter rig makes her easy to handle in whatever wind you might encounter. When the wind dies you can resort to the outboard that is in a well in the cockpit.
With her lovely balanced hull and lifting centreboard she makes a responsive and relaxing boat to sail and is perfect for exploring the out of the way coves and backwaters where larger boats can't go. When you arrive at your destination the cabin has two full size quarter berths and a truly massive v-berth, with porta potti under. There's a stove and sink combo, with running water, over a built in cool box to port and a counter and storage drawers to starboard. Each bunk has it's own reading light powered from a 40w solar panel mounted above the companion way hatch.
The Cape Henry would be the perfect boat for a family to spend many happy days and nights on the water. Either close to home or far afield as the boat is small enough to be trailered without any special requirements.
Please don't hesitate to contact Roeboats to discuss having your own Cape Henry 21' built.
