Here we have a stunning example of a Van De Stadt designed Dehler 34 - Optima 101 which has had a €30k+ refit within the past two years. The Hull, Deck and Cockpit and Cabin are immaculate and the vessel is probably the cleanest example afloat today. The Cabin is in an original unmolested state, the deck is in mint condition with new TBS anti slip panels, cockpit seats, hatch covers, stanchions, guard rail wires, windows, portholes, Optolight Nav and Masthead lights are all new.

Price as stated. You will not find a better 10m Cruiser/Racer in as good condition and fit out as this vessel. It has not been trashed bashed or raced but lovingly cared for by the previous owner and then i set about giving it a full makeover.

The vessel has a new galvanised cradle sitting in the marina yard, with additional Bow and Stern supports giving adequate support without the need for timber chocks. It will accommodate any vessel from 6 to 20m and can be sold with the vessel or separately as agreed.

Accommodation

Six berths, forward V berth, twin cabin and rear double berth. The cushions are spotless, and no leaks into any cabin, I've fitted a Webasto diesel heater and water driven fan coil units but i've not had a chance to commission it.

Construction

Construction is GRP with a laminated deck. The vessel has a 2022 survey with no referrals. The Hull is in remarkable condition with no repairs, damage or scuffs. The Keel attachment is as new, with duplex fasteners and zero leakage. I've replaced the coach rood windows, portholes, mast hatch cover, hinges and locks, basically everything bolt on has been replaced.

Engine(s)

The Engine is a new Yanmar 3YM30 28hp model. Its coupled to a new gearbox, a new Super Duplex ground shaft and coupling, a three blade Flexofold propeller, keyless control panel and Teleflex and cables. It has just passed 50h and has had its first service. A new teak engine cover, lined with aluminium foil soundproofing was added . This engine is a step change on the original 2GM20 fit achieving double the shaft horsepower, with the power to easily propel the craft at max hull speed, delivering exceptional performance and control with good economy at 2.4L/h at cruising speed.
A new Jefa Rud34, with self aligning bearings, a composite tiller arm and bracket was fitted along with a re mounted P bracket in carbon fibre matting and bracing. The complete kit as stated in this section was over €15k.
