2023 Princess X95

Princess X95

Introducing the X Class, and its flagship: the strikingly beautiful Princess X95. With an expansive flybridge and main deck covering almost the full length of the yacht, she delivers an experience like no other yacht to date; intoxicating, extreme and exciting.

Princess Yachts have projected themselves into the future of yacht-building with this exciting new Super Flybridge yacht for 2019 – the Princess X95 yacht is cutting-edge, offering a unique boating lifestyle to those who want something different from their yacht.

Her interior space is expansive and makes use of every square-meter on board, with a flybridge and main deck that cover almost the full length of the yacht. Encompassing her stunning interior, is a striking exterior sure to turn heads on the water; Princess Yachts’ long standing naval architect, Bernard Olensinski, has partnered with Italian design heavyweights, Pininfarina, to create the ultimate in avant-garde yacht architecture. In her distinct form, we see characteristics from the recently launched Princess R35, with the similar Italian design making a statement. The X95 is not trying to fit in – she is unique and doesn’t follow the crowd. Her open-concept layout allows you to tailor your yacht to your guests and their experience on board, and with a fuel capacity of 13,400 litres, the X95 has the range to take you on long-reaching adventurous voyages.

The concept of ‘Super Flybridge’ is truly felt throughout her interior, with an open main deck configuration to make the most of socialising and relaxing with undisturbed vistas, through to her lower deck featuring three guestrooms to sleep up to six guests and, taking pride of place, the full-beam master stateroom with a private en-suite. Life on board is relaxing and complemented by the generous crew quarters, featuring a fully-equipped crew mess, bathroom and accommodation for up to four crew members.

The Evolution of the Superyacht

A superyacht brings with it an element of class and sophistication, a feeling of true luxury on the water and an exclusive memorable experience. Here, we delve into the superyacht division of Princess Yachts and how our sales and service professionals at Princess Motor Yacht Sales can help you, from purchase through to your superyacht ownership and more.

2020 saw the introduction of an entirely new concept in yacht design and an evolution in superyachts: the Princess X Class, replacing the M Class as the flagship superyacht range of Princess Yachts.

The first of the Superfly Yachts, the Princess X95 combines magnificent yacht architecture with impressive sea handling and fuel efficiency, a partnership which stands out within the yachting industry. And, in Spring 2022 we welcome her sister ship, the Princess X80 superyacht. This class of yacht completely rethinks what we know about yacht architecture, delivering a new benchmark or luxury living space across four deck spaces and with a super flybridge which extends to the full length of the yacht. The new X Class is the perfect craft for those who wish to spend extended time aboard and venture further afield.

What is a superyacht?

As yacht designs evolve, so the marine industry’s yachting parameters tend to flex and adjust. However, there’s no doubt that the superyacht continues to showcase some very singular traits. In addition to the sheer scale of a superyacht, the most obvious of those involves the complexity of its ‘blank canvas’ approach.

In place of the standard ‘factory-fit’ methodology, a superyacht is an uncompromising top-spec creation, encompassing everything from semi-custom cruising machines to fully bespoke, one-off vessels. While this clearly brings a whole range of yachting forms into play, the traditional ‘superyacht’ concept has the breadth to cover them all. In essence, a superyacht is a crewed, highly customised luxury craft in excess of 100 feet, designed and built for marine recreation, and rigorously tailored to satisfy the unique preferences of the owner.
Self-drive yachts with superyacht credentials

If you want the superyacht lifestyle, alongside the simplified costs and logistics of an ‘owner-driver’ recreational vessel, you need to look at sub-100-foot boats that fit within the 24m ‘Pleasure Craft’ RCD threshold. Now you can now enjoy an authentic ‘superyacht experience’ on much more compact vessels than you might expect. The latest X and Y class yachts for sale by Princess are a fine example.

With exquisite materials, meticulous detailing and vast internal spaces bathed in natural light, the Princess Y95 is a superyacht in all but name. Its Olesinski exterior design uses dramatic full-length hull windows and, with comfort and seakeeping at the very heart of the Y Class, it delivers a supremely cultured long-distance cruising experience. The X Class is equally aligned with the established expectations of the superyacht owner. With main and fly decks that extend virtually the entire length of the yacht, as well as climate-controlled Sky Lounges and convertible, custom-ready open-plan layouts, it combines the space, luxury and flexibility of a superyacht with the range and style of a compact explorer.
